Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours. If you are not at home we recommend that you gave us an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of order your order will be abandoned. 

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as Hermosa Design does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). We may not accepted deliver to PO.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept approved refunds within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is returned including all items originally shipped and the merchandise has not been worn. If there are signs of wear on any of the jewellery your return request will be denied.

 A refund for the transaction (excluding shipping charges and duties) will be processed once we receive the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment and we will be in touch via email.

Please note that discounted items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return. Items purchased during a pre order period are not eligible for refund and cannot be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If a pre order item is purchased with in stock items all items will be shipped together when ready.  Earrings are non-refundable for hygienic reasons.

How To Return

Please send an email to HERMOSADESIGN1@GMAIL.COM with your order number, email and other details to generate a return. You will then be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional mailing instructions. We will not accept a return without a proper RA number and your original invoice/ order confirmation email must be included. The return order number must be written on the outside of the package. We do not provide a return label and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and duties.

Duties & Taxes


For Canadian customers, sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. Duties will not be charged.

USA & International

For orders outside of Canada, duties and taxes may be applicable to your purchase. Please note that we do not collect these charges and have no control over them nor can we predict how much they may be. You are responsible for paying these charges should they occur. For more details you can contact your local customs authority.
